Content & Copyright Complaint Policy
Zayalle respects the rights of photographers, writers, businesses and individuals. If something on Zayalle uses your work, your brand or your image without permission, tell us here.
1. What you can report
- Copied images — your photos used in a listing, post or profile.
- Copied descriptions — your text reproduced without permission.
- Copyrighted brochures — catalogues or flyers imported without the publisher’s permission.
- Trademark misuse — your name or logo used in a misleading way.
- Impersonation — someone pretending to be you or your business.
- Unauthorised personal images — photos of you (or your child) posted without consent.
2. How to submit a complaint
Use the form below. Please include the link to the content, explain what is yours and how it is being misused, and add a link to evidence (for example the original publication) if you have one. You must confirm that the complaint is made in good faith and that the information is accurate. You do not need an account.
3. What happens next
Complaints are reviewed by the Zayalle team. We may ask for more information, remove or hide the content, ask the person who posted it to respond, or decline the complaint if it is unclear or unsupported. We keep a private record of each complaint (claimant, content, evidence, status, action and dates). Your details are not published, but we may share the substance of a complaint with the person who posted the content so they can respond, without your contact details unless you agree.
4. Repeat infringers and misuse
Accounts that repeatedly post infringing content may be suspended. Knowingly false complaints may also lead to action.
